On September 28, 2021, we organized a video screening and virtual discussion presenting the narratives of 9 women from Cyprus and Lebanon, who shared their own personal stories about sexuality and relationships, through the lens of the mother-daughter relationship. With this event, we sought to open and further expand this intercultural dialogue. During the event, we launched a short video, which facilitated a rich intercultural, intergenerational discussion with diverse audience from both countries, as well as reflection and ideas for action inspired by these stories.
