These reports map available information and assess the situation of gender equality, sexual and reproductive health/rights (SRHR) in Cyprus and Lebanon. Specifically, these needs assessments present current national data, legislation and policies, and prevalent norms on these issues, and provide insights on the current obstacles, gaps, and areas of intervention for the fulfilment of sexual and reproductive health and rights. These desk reviews and needs assessments informed the development of a discussion guide to facilitate a series of in-depth conversations between mothers and daughters on gender equality, sexuality and relationships in Cyprus and Lebanon to produce a storybook and a video. These reports were prepared in the context and for the purposes of the Project “Mothers and Daughters Narratives on Sexuality and Relationships” (Project No. 198) funded by the Anna Lindh Foundation Network and co-funded by the European Union (2020-2021).
