The 19th International Review of Leave Policies and Related Research 2023 covers current leave and other employment-related policies to support parents, the relationship between leave policy and early childhood education and care (ECEC) policy as well as the most recent changes to the legislative framework since 2022. The review is based on country notes from each of the 50 participating countries. The Cyprus entry, authored by MIGS senior researcher Maria Angeli, appears for the fifth time in this 19th edition.
